There is a $5.95 USD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order.
There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges, unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation Policy:

There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

This dinner event also includes a lively cooking demo by Cafe Estelle's acclaimed owner and head chef Marshall Green. He'll prepare a delicious and easy dish loaded with aphrodisiacs - sure to get your motor running. Best of all, you get to taste it!

Important Notes:

This event will take place in the dining room at Cafe Estelle. The tour will not be visiting other restaurants or bars.
Gratuity is customary, and not included in ticket price.
Transportation to and from the event is not included.

What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?
You will be provided a phone number for your guide when you receive your E-Ticket. Please call and let the guide know what you cannot eat. Your guide will do everything possible to arrange substitutes for you.

Is there an age minimum for this tour?
Due to the adult subject matter of this event and the complimentary glass of wine, all guests must be at least 21 years of age.

What happens if it rains?
The tours will take place in all light weather conditions. In rare circumstances such as a heavy snowstorm, a hurricane, or other extreme weather when the tour venues can't open, the tour would be canceled.

Is there a lot of walking on the tour?
No, this event will remain in a single location.

How much food will I eat during the event?
A 3-course dinner.

Will I be able to drink anything on the tour?
Yes! This event includes a complimentary glass of wine and water. You may order other beverages of your choice from the cash bar.

Should I give the guide and servers a tip?
Yes. If you enjoyed the tour, we recommend that you give the guide (and assistant if it's a larger tour) a gratuity. They take pride in what they do and appreciate positive feedback. What you tip is up to you. If you want a rule of thumb, $5.00 per person is an average tip. And, of course, service for your dinner deserves a gratuity, too. $7 to 8.00 per person would be a general guide for average service.
